The twin-size version of the EnerPlex mattress was comfortable. However, the mattress deflated slightly over the course of my testing, and issues with warranty and customer service prevented it from performing better in our roundup. On the EnerPlex website, there’s no description of the two-year warranty or how to make a claim, and all three of my customer service inquiries went unanswered. Its weight capacity is 300 pounds. Check this Another Single Gear Reviews.

FAQ:

Question: The velvet on top prevents the repair patches from adhering. Is there a way to repair the top?
Answer: yes take a safety razor put shaving cream on the area you want to patch shave it till it is smooth ..GENTLY… I use pool patch and glue ,make the patch round, let it sit for a few hrs before you inflate .. These beds are prone to leak, bad!! and will until they get them made better , the instructions are stupid, they tell you to open the inflate wheel ,turn on air till it is full enough, then tell you close the wheel and then shut off the power !! later in the instructions tell you do not ever run the power with the wheel closed ???? Made in the USA ???

NO I would bet they are not …. This company is trying to call and fix problems I am on my 3rd leaky bed however I am going to go out soon and look at better beds that will last.. I had an old select comfort , that lasted 15 yrs no leaks, had to add air like 5 or 6 times a yr! of course it was 3 times the price these are comfortable wish it was made better yes all air beds leak but no one wants to wake up on the floor every night , really wish I could say they are better but they are junk 3 strikes you are out but thanks for trying.

Question: Is it made with latex?
Answer: The bed is made of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride. This is what I found online about PVC: Latex basics Synthetic latex materials include: polyvinyl chloride (vinyl or PVC), nitrile rubber (acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymers), and polychloroprene known by its trade name, Neoprene™. So that seems to suggest that the bed is made of latex. Hope this helps.

Question: Can the pump be plugged into car? Are their valves to use separate portable pump?
Answer: We tried to use the car outlet and norging happened. Then took it to a building and it was fine. So no – we were unable to use the car plug in.

Question: I bought one that is leaking how can I return it or get another one
Answer: Air mattresses, by their very nature, will lose air during the night. Some brands and models are more notorious than others when it comes to that. One way to limit this problem is to buy a “double pump” or “never flat” model. These models monitor the air pressure during the night and turn on the air pump for a minute to bring the inflation level — if not to 100% but at least — to 85% to 95% of the original pressure. Only a few models/brands have this feature including: * Aerobed with “Comfort Lock” * Insta-Bed with “Never Flat Pump.”

Keep in mind that air mattresses are not designed to be used every day for the long term. If you use it very often, say 5 days a week for many months, it will begin to leak and will need to be replaced. The repair kit patches that are provided rarely, if ever work. Just limit the use of air mattress to occasional overnight guests. If you need something more permanent, just buy a regular mattress (foam or spring). One suggestion, if you need to use an air mattress as a permanent or semi-permanent bed, just buy TWO air mattresses, with the 2nd one serving as a spare. When the first one starts to leak, replace it with the spare, discard the old one, and order a new spare so you are prepared in 3 to 5 months when the old spare is done.

Question: How many watt?

Question: Does the inflation valve have to be closed? if, its left open will air leak out? i want to see if i can use this with alexa.
Answer: Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us! I hope you are doing well! We appreciate your time and we thank you for your interest in purchasing one of our premium items. It means a lot to us! Sadly, our air mattress won’t work with Alexa. When inflating the air mattress, this should be manual; first; turn the valve left to open and switch ON the pump to fill the air.

Turn the valve right to close, then switch it off once the desired firmness is achieved. I hope I was able to take care of everything you need! Should you have any other questions in the future, please feel free to reach out to us anytime. Keep safe and take care! All the best, Lexi Customer Obsession Representative Mayfair Brands Customer Support.
